Administrative Assistant

Description:

Administrative assistants provide clerical and administrative support to the talent management team. They assist with scheduling, correspondence, document management, and other office tasks to ensure smooth operations.


Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from clients and partners.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a talent management or entertainment environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
